Tutor Bio
I have recently graduated from Mont' Kiara International School, an American-based international school accredited by WASC. I completed my IB Diploma Programme in 2022 and am continuing my studies in Australia - specifically in Biomedicine at the University of Melbourne. I have taken three HL subjects: Biology, Chemistry, and Mathematics AA and three SL subjects: Economics, English A Language and Literature, and French ab Initio SL. I received a 43/45 for my Grades; I only teach subjects I have complete confidence in. Any inquiries are wholeheartedly welcomed. I am a bilingual tutor (providing services in both Korean and English) that provides Biology, Chemistry, and Mathematics AA services. Having been involved in the tutoring market for more than two years, I acknowledge that IB is a Programme where most students would be better off with a guiding mentor. As a 2022 IB Diploma Receiver, I was shocked by how IB examines students. This abrupt yet subtle change is a critical point that I can share with future IB students without a doubt. I ensure that my tutoring Programmes are well-planned and flawless, implying that students' engagement and participation must be accompanied by the service I will provide.

Tutor Teaching Style
Habruta (חַבְרוּתָא) is an Israeli education model in which there is a two-directional conversation and communication between students and the teachers. This is the ideal classroom setting that future teachers should pursue. It should not be a simple implementation of the student's required information. Instead, the teacher should guide students to make internal doubts and questions about the pre-requisite knowledge and be able to reflect on themselves quickly. Another personal philosophy is that teachers should do anything to improve students' scores. Nothing is more critical than a student receiving a 7 in a tutoring Programme. While I can not guarantee that the student will always get a seven without a condition, I can ensure my future students and their parents that I will devote myself to providing a high-quality education throughout the tutoring session. Therefore, the student's feedback, assignment completion, and punctuality are crucial and essential.
In the first session, I would get to know the student. Understanding the student first before providing materials is essential since connection and credibility between two individuals start from knowing each other. However, that does not indicate the class will solely be a conversational session. I will try to assess the student's ability through various methods, such as assessing his eloquent communication skills for a long-answer question or the approaching abilities.
