My teaching philosophy is centered around seeing the whole student and allowing the student to use their whole self to direct their own learning. As a teacher, I also believe strongly in exposing all students to the same core content of my subject so that they have equal opportunities for careers and other experiences dependent upon that content in the future.
To understand and evaluate weak points and unknowable topics and points for students. Understand what kind of approaches and skills I can use for success, make sure for all chapters, and make an easy way to study and understand.
Utilize Online Discussions, teach them to develop deep knowledge, provide a variety of learning materials and clearly Identify objectives
Allowing students to choose the type of assignment they do or which problems to work on the can, give them a sense of control that may just motivate them to do more, Create a free and friendly environment, Be clear about learning objectives & Offer varied experiences (using video, books, tests) Give student responsibility
Keep the focus, explore other instructional strategies, and focus on praising effort, not results. Use questions of all types to simulate various levels of thinking and values. Do more practical (problem-solving) for students and explain again & Do more explanation.
I will start by first pointing out questioning, writing of summary what do he/she read, Looking for keywords (questions or nomenclatures) and rereading them to answer questions, Re-read sections that are confusing, Write down words (symbols or formulas) you don't know & Identify specific problem areas (and solutions).
The very first thing is to figure out what motivates them, why are they learning, what is their personal benchmark of success, do they believe success is based on getting a better grade than their peers, or are motivated by wanting to get a better score than they did last time? dependent on their motivation, I modify the strategy.
I would like to take out easy point and will start to explain step by step
Pair up and talk it out, whiteboard, one-question quiz, turn the tables, create ppt, use IA tests, use network links and use report papers
Give them a chance to explain their topic or chapter. Allow them to be leaders of the class. Discussion of definitions, according to teacher participation. Make challenges for new opportunities and deeper the theory of knowledge. Stimulating all skills and responsibilities of students.
Create tasks that can evaluate knowledge. Make tests and quizzes. Create a paper for evaluation of laboratory knowledge. Create ppt which will be better
Stay positive and informed, Using more collaborative audio and visual tools & Making changes to instruction in order to allow students equal access to the curriculum and to give them the opportunity to process and demonstrate what has been taught.
