Within 24 hours they hand-select 2–3 IB, AP, A-Level, and IGCSE tutors whose expertise, teaching style, and availability are the best fit. You choose the tutor you like and book your first session.

Your Client Success Manager will call you within 24 hours of submitting your request. If you miss the call, they will follow up by email to find a time that works for you.

Our 240+ tutors include certified teachers, current and former examiners, and subject specialists with extensive IB, AP, A-Level, and IGCSE experience. Every tutor goes through a rigorous screening process — only the top 10% of applicants are accepted.

How much does tutoring cost?

Sessions start from $60 per hour depending on the package you choose. We offer packages of 5, 12, 18, and 36 hours with increasing discounts. Larger packages include bonus sessions — for example, the 36-hour package comes with 3 free bonus sessions (39 total).

Yes. We offer an optional free assessment where you meet with a subject expert to evaluate your current level, identify gaps, and create a study plan — with no obligation to proceed.

What platform do you use for online sessions?

All sessions take place on Lesson Space, a professional virtual classroom with an interactive whiteboard, screen sharing, file uploads, and session recordings. Students can revisit any session afterwards.

Can I change my tutor if it is not a good fit?

Absolutely. If you feel your tutor is not the right match, your Client Success Manager will find you a new tutor at no extra cost. We also offer a full money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied after your first session.
