Tricky one to rate. Whilst my daughter was very happy with the way Sarrah instructed, which helped her a lot, communication and reliability have been unsatisfactory. Regardless of our follow-ups on a group chat, we are always chasing and waiting for communications. Lessons have been late, missed, or rearranged. I'm still waiting for a response to confirm a lesson this evening, and yet school has been back in session for over a week.
