I am an IB alumni with a strong academic background in IB Biology and IB Economics at both Standard and Higher Level. Having completed the IB myself, I understand the demands of the programme and the pressure students face, particularly when balancing the content, with exam techniques and internal assessments. My approach focuses on clarity, structure, and understanding examiners’ expectations. In Biology, I can help simplify complex processes, key terminology, and apply knowledge effectively in data-based and extended-response questions. In Economics, I place strong emphasis on diagram accuracy, logical chains of reasoning, and evaluation to help reach the top mark bands. I can also provide targeted support for Internal Assessments, guiding students through topic selection, structure, analysis, and evaluation while ensuring alignment with IB mark schemes. Lessons are fully tailored to each student’s needs, whether the goal is improving confidence, strengthening content knowledge, or refining exam technique. My aim is not only to help students achieve higher grades, but to help them feel confident, organised, and in control of their IB learning.
