About Barbro
I am multilingual teacher and examiner, with long experiences especially within the IB-programs. My support is mainly in all IB-levels in Swedish and German, as these two languages are my mother tongues. But I am happy to help students with other languages with essay structure, both EE and HL essays, but even paper 2 (coming up from 2023, again) or paper 1 in language B.

My methodology and approach to tutoring
What is your teaching philosophy?
I am a very supportive teacher, but at the same time demanding. I am very familiar with the IB Programme and know what it takes to succeed.
What might you do in a typical first session with a student?
I would have a conversation with the student to find out the needs, strengths, and problems. I would make her/him write an essay in order to state the level.
