My name is Ibtsam, I am a Mathematics Teacher. I hold MEd. in Educational Leadership from Walden University, I have an IBDP Teaching certificate from California State University San Morcos and a General Diploma of Education from Ain Shams University, moreover, I have a BSc. in Pure mathematics and Statistics from Ain Shams University. I have 13 years of experience working overseas as a Mathematics teacher at international schools, 4 years as a Head of the Mathematics Department, and 8 years working as a Speech Therapist with Special Needs.

My methodology and approach to tutoring
What is your teaching philosophy?
I have demonstrated success in teaching high school ESL students. This experience has inculcated a strong desire to facilitate students in learning strong mathematical concepts – that would help them in subsequent stages of their careers.
What might you do in a typical first session with a student?
Everyone introduces himself, his objectives then started to cover the prerequisite of the lesson; go for the main activities, plenary of the lesson includes simple questions.
