About Layne

My passion for languages ignited during my incredible journey as a student in international schools. This experience inspired me to dive into Spanish as a young adult, and soon after, I embraced the challenge of learning French and German through formal study. I achieved complete fluency as I continued my world travels, and hold teaching certifications in all three languages. Over the past 20 years, I have thrived as an educator in both domestic and international US curriculum-based schools, constantly fine-tuning my approach to create fun and engaging language lessons that push boundaries and foster growth. My training spans AP German, AP French, and AP Spanish language and culture, with my students consistently achieving top AP exam marks across reading, writing, speaking, and listening. I can’t wait for you to join me on this exciting journey toward your AP exam success!
