How a place is confirmed
There is no buy button, deliberately. A cohort only works if the students in it are at a similar point, so we talk first.

Questions parents ask
How is this different from one-to-one tutoring?
It is structured rather than responsive. A one-to-one tutor works on whatever a student brings that week; the Year-Long Program follows a published roadmap across 36 teaching weeks, so the whole syllabus is covered on a schedule rather than on demand. It costs less because the tutor's time is shared between up to 6 students.
How many students are in a class?
We target 4–5 and cap every cohort at 6. A new cohort opens once 3 students are placed at the same subject, level and timezone. SL and HL are always separate groups.
What if my child misses a class?
The group keeps to its schedule, so we do not run make-up classes for an individual absence. Every class is recorded and the materials and homework go out afterwards, so a missed week can be caught up before the next one.
Can we join part-way through the year?
Yes, where a place exists and the level is right. Your first month is reduced in proportion to the classes remaining in it, you commit only to the rest of that semester, and you get the earlier materials and recordings at no extra charge.
What happens between the two semesters?
January is a break in the billing — no instalment is taken. It is also when the end-of-semester review happens with the tutor and our academic team, which is where you decide whether to continue into the second semester.
Can we move to one-to-one later?
Yes. If the group turns out not to be the right fit, or a student needs targeted intervention, we will move them and adjust what you pay. Moving to one-to-one is not treated as a cancellation.
